With a central focus on our readings from Acts, chapter 10, we learn of God’s desire to bridge cultures in their common faith in God. We find God’s desire for each culture, no matter how disparate, to recognize how the Spirit is at work in the other cultures and our human-created labels and separation should not impede our God-desired Oneness.

God loved humanity first. Let us spread this Good News to ‘the ends of the earth’ just as Philip strove to do so. When our lives take us to unexpected places, look for the opportunity to share the Gospel with others who may be seeking to better understand.

Sometimes there is a challenge to ‘see’ Christ in the world. In that case, we should ‘listen’ for where Christ is calling us. We have many ways to recognize Christ, many senses with which to perceive God in our lives.
